Hello there! I am back from a small hiatus we've got a busy busy couple of months ahead of us (in a wedding party, brian has a show, find a place to move by the end of this month YIKES, pack, move, family coming to visit, going to visit family) Send help if you please? 

Here is week the eight portraits! (finally)

Also part of the (embarrassing) reason it had taken me so long to post week eight is because I've had such a hard time narrowing it down! With my "editor's" (Aka Brian) we were only able to narrow it down to all of these, even though she is pretty much making the same face in much of the pictures! So again here is another photo heavy post! Ooops! We just think she is way.too.cute!!!!!!!!!

Earlier this week (very last minute I might add) we decided to go to the mesa arts center before some of our plans later that night. I do wish we would've planned on it a little better because it was actualy a great way to spend some family time! I'm not sure why we hadn't yet ventured into the mesa arts center until then, we always go on walks outside the building and admission is free so that is no excuse either. Photography isn't aloowed inside the gallery though I wish it was just so I could show you how cute Avery was being looking at all the art. I'd take her to one piece she would look at it with such a serious expression sometimes she would smile or laugh most of the time once she was done looking at it she would let me know by nodding her little head and that was my que to take her to the next one. Halfway through she asked to walk and she always surprises me when we go to any sort of "look dont touch" thing because she will get right up to it and examine it so closely but If i remind her not to touch she wont! Gallery staff usually watches her nervously and I cant help but to feel a hint of satisfaction once they see she is no harm and usually become frieds with Avery! (she seems to make friends wherever we go!) There was one Piece I did have to keep her away from, there was this beautiful rocking chair that avery just wanted to rock on!  Unfortunately we arrived about 35 minutes before closing so we sort of rushed through all the galleries next time I definitwly want to go earlier! Looking back at these reminds me how cold it was that day! I am loving this cloudy cold front we've been having especially since I'm sure hot arizona weather is right around the corner!

A lovely cloudy day that consisted of a snack time picnic on the steps of the Mesa Art Center. Unfortunately the next few days following this Avery came down with fever so we cured it with:

Ice cream

Pocoyo and  Finding Nemo (we don't normally let her watch T.v)

long Naps

long baths

circus tent pitching in the living room

lots of fluids

and extra cuddles

Luckily  we were able to get rid of that fever in a few days without a trip to the doctors!

Watching a dog walk by (she LOVES animals)//pointing at  the dog across the street//kissing the doggy mural (numerous times) and yes I totally let her kiss a dirty wall! Too cute not to let her but don't worry I did clean her afterwards//the photo I may use for 5/52!// "mmmmm mmmm mmmm" Aka: Mama kiss me//her favorite thing to eat: apples!!!//getting down from the step//watching dada they were going back and forth conducting the church bells//the sign for hat

A day that was filled with exploring downtown mesa, going to antique shops and finding the perfect gift for Auntie Amber with Grandma. But more on that later!
